Inito is building the next generation of home diagnostic devices to empower people to learn more about their body and become healthier & happier. We are looking for smart and hardworking individuals to join our Operations team to help understand customer pain points and continuously improve the Customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire strong understanding of the product features and the science behind its working
  • Handle incoming customer requests via calls, chats, and emails
  • Act as a liaison between customers and escalate issues to other departments like Operations or Engineering
  • Listen, build rapport & display empathy when assisting customers
  • Have strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Handling Shipments Issue
  • Notifying the team about the changes and improvements to be accomplished in the product
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Prepare accurate and timely report
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Any specialization)
  • Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service or Technical Support in a fast-paced, Customer-Centric environment
  • Strong Communication skills (English and Hindi)
  • Detail-Oriented, with problem solving and interpersonal skills

Work Location - Bangalore

Work Mode - Onsite

No of days - 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

Timings - Rotational Shifts (24*6)

Perks - Night shifts allowances will be paid
